Leadership is a Way of Life.

Courses

Summer 2017 courses (May, June, and July) will be offered solely through the Sonoran Center for Leadership Development. CEUs for Summer courses will be awarded from the Sonoran Center for Leadership Development. 

Fall 2017 courses (September, October, and November) will be offered in partnership between the Sonoran Center for Leadership Development and Pima Community College. CEUs for Fall courses will be awarded from Pima Community College.

*Before registering, please make sure your organization will accept these CEUs. Certificates will be provided upon request.

Leveraging Team Assets

Utilizing an Appreciative Inquiry (AI) framework, this course offers a lens with which to engage with others from a position of trust and care. Strategies for identifying and capitalizing on the assets of teams using the AI framework include motivation, recognition, and encouragement.
